Hello!
We are Masha and Clara, two women from different parts of the world who came together in Barcelona with one shared mission: to transform how people buy real estate in Spain.
Clara, originally from West Virginia, built a thriving real estate career in Denver, Colorado. Known for her education-first approach, fierce advocacy, and deeply empathetic guidance, she helped over 100 families find homes and build abundance through real estate. Clara is not only a strong negotiator—she’s also a grounded presence who helps buyers get clear on what truly aligns with their vision, values, and long-term goals.
Masha, born in Russia, yet has called Barcelona home for 15 years. With over a decade of experience in the Spanish real estate market, she personally experienced the challenges of buying as a foreigner and saw how unsupported buyers often are.
We met through real estate and quickly realized we shared the same values, vision, and frustration with a system that leaves buyers to figure things out alone.
That’s why we created Vida & Vision Real Estate. We offer buyer-focused education, advocacy, and personalized support, whether you are navigating your first purchase or expanding your investment portfolio.

Meet Clara
From an early age, I have been drawn to helping people find their place in the world. With a Master’s in Human Services, I began my career in clinical social work, which allowed me to utilize my empathetic nature and build a foundation of strong communication skills.
I launched a real estate career in Denver and quickly realized that buying a home is not just a financial decision, it is also a deeply personal one. I helped over 125 families buy and sell homes, earning a reputation for sharp negotiation, deep market knowledge, and a grounded, steady presence throughout the process.
Eventually, my own life called for change. I moved to Barcelona and worked inside a local agency, where I saw how little support buyers had and created my passion for bringing Buyer’s Agency to the market.. Now, I work exclusively with buyers - offering education, guidance, and the kind of support that helps people feel confident, protected and cared for every step of the way.
Meet Masha
Moving to Barcelona 15 years ago was a life-changing journey. As a Russian native, I embraced the opportunity to study and build a life in this beautiful city, which now feels like home. After studying Public Relations at the Open University of Barcelona and completing a Master’s degree at ESADE Business School, I began working in a multinational consultancy firm. But real estate found me and I never looked back.
Over the past 8 years, I worked with two major real estate agencies, where I gained deep knowledge of the Barcelona market. I also experienced firsthand how difficult it is to rent or buy property as an immigrant, especially without anyone truly looking out for your interests.
This inspired me to co-create Vida & Vision Real Estate. My mission is to offer the kind of support I once needed: clear, honest guidance through the entire buying process, from first idea to final signature.
